Whether you’re considering the idea of building, comparing builders or have already paid your deposit, our webinars help to provide more clarity, more certainty and more confidence to you and your family.

What does CDC mean?
A CDC stands for ‘Complying Development Certificate’ and is completed by a private certifier. A CDC approval can take up to 4-5 weeks, depending on your house type. If your development is not compliant to CDC, you will need to go through a DA (Development Approval) approval process through the local Council where you are building.
