MOJO is excited to welcome three new split level home designs to its portfolio. 

Recognising the unique challenges posed by sloped sites, we've curated a range of split-level house floor plans that cater to flexible family living. Our Split-Level home designs provide an uncomplicated means to maximise your block of land, delivering seamless flow, practicality, and superior features synonymous with a MOJO home.

AINSLIE 24 - DOWNHILL SLOPING 

The Anslie 24 is down slope, split-level house design that features four bedrooms with walk-in robes, a children's activity area, a study nook, a home office, and an open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area. The design is perfect for families who are looking for a functional and spacious home with separate living zones.

The first floor of the Anslie 24 is the heart of the home. Featuring a spacious open-plan living area, with kitchen boasting splashback window, plenty of storage space and a large island bench that looks over the dining and living area.

Also located on the first floor is the open home office and resort like master suite with walk in robe and ensuite with free standing bath. 
Downstairs, the three secondary bedrooms also feature walk-in robes and are located around the children's activity area and study nook. This area provides a perfect space for kids to play, study and relax.

The Anslie 24 has been designed to maximize natural light and ventilation throughout the home. The large windows in the living area and bedrooms provide ample natural light, while the high ceilings create a feeling of space and openness.

This down slope split-level home offers plenty of space and functionality for families. With its multiple living areas, spacious bedrooms with walk-in robes, and separate study nook and home office, this home provides the perfect balance of comfort and practicality.

SIERRA 33 ONE - UPHILL SLOPING

The Sierra uphill split level home design is a spacious and modern design that is perfect for families who want to maximize space on a sloping block. 

The ground floor includes a double garage and home theatre, which is perfect for movie nights with family and friends, and the powder room adds extra convenience for guests.
Head upstairs to the first floor where you will find an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area that provides plenty of space for entertaining and family time. The living area opens up to the outdoor living which offers stunning views of the surrounding area.

The master bedroom includes an ensuite and spacious walk-in robe. The three secondary bedrooms are located adjacent to the family bathroom, making it convenient for the whole family. The study nook near the living area provides a perfect space for work or study.

SIERRA 33 TWO - UPHILL SLOPING

Joining the Sierra One, is the Sierra 33 Two, with a slightly different configuration that will suit families with different needs. This design prioritizes privacy and separation between the master bedroom and the three secondary bedrooms, with the with master located at the rear of the home. 

The front facing living allows a dedicated space for relaxation away from the buzzing area of the open plan kitchen and dining areas at the back of the home. The kitchen design features a large island bench and spacious walk in pantry.
