Terms and Conditions

The “Mojo’s Summer Sale” offer runs from 10:00am 4th January 2025 (AEDT) to 28th February 2025 at 5:00pm (AEDT) or when withdrawn by Mojo Homes (the Promotion Period). Offer applies to quotes issued on the M-Series Specification. The offer includes: 

1. A $65,000 discount to the listed price of homes excluding Mojo Homes ‘one’ range shown in the tender and building agreement 
2. Chill out & Save Upgrades* 
3. External and Internal Upgrades* 
4. Hot Kitchen Upgrades* 
5. Bathroom/Ensuite Upgrades* 
6. Fresh Laundry Upgrades* 
7. Windows doors and garage Upgrades* 

To be eligible for the “Mojo’s Summer Sale” offer, a tender must be requested within the Promotional Period, an acceptance fee must be paid within 14 days of the tender issue date and a Building Agreement signed within 90 days of the acceptance fee being paid. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions offered by Mojo Homes. 

The $65,000 cash discount will not be deductible from the land price in any house and land package and will apply only once to any duplex and/or dual occupancy home and is not applicable to detached granny flats. Outlined upgrade packs will be applied once to any dual occupancy home and do not apply to detached granny flats. No part of the “Mojo’s Summer Sale” offer is transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. 

*Mojo Homes advises that items in the above packages are subject to change without notice. Where a customer has elected to take the Rheem Heat Pump option, all gas provisions will be removed and the induction cooktop option must be selected. 

Mojo Homes at its discretion may change suppliers, specification and or designs in whole or part. The upgraded Bathroom and Ensuite package will apply to one bathroom and one ensuite per home at the selection of Mojo Homes.
