Michael is a wonderful and extremely personable individual

Michael is a wonderful and extremely personable individual. We felt comfortable the moment we sat down with him. It was a daunting moment for us as we had only secured a knockdown rebuild from an auction the day before. We had some anxieties over balancing our dream home and budget having spent well over at the auction. Michael’s quick thinking and decisiveness helped us to move forward. It was Sunday 29th Oct 2023 and MOJO was running a promotion ending on 5th Nov. Realistically it was very rush to lockdown any contract as we needed time to look through the proposals and we did miss the cutoff. We also have issue that needed the build to go with DA instead of CDC and MOJO was not keen on the former. But Michael understood the reason and showed empathy we need. When we mentioned that MOJO was also building our neighbour home via a DA submitted during COVID, Michael did what he could, and he did! He also secured us the September pricing from his manager Johnny Cefai, much to our delight and relief. We signed 2.5 weeks later, and you would normally think sales is done and he fades away. Not for Michael, he worked with our plan presenter to finalise the drawings (he is quite well verse in technicalities as well) and fast track us to our studio appointments. Michael understood we are paying a huge mortgage and he will nudge people for you to help the process along.- We are very appreciative of Michael’s work and his values. He loves what he does and very passionate about it (works on his days off too!) which we shared the same principles in our own professions. At the display homes, we don't feel intimidated. It is as if you are invited to his home. He showed us photos of the home he built for himself. I personally find him a quick thinker and fast talker and my wife loves the no nonsense straight to the point part. We wouldn’t hesitate to call him a friend and are now thinking of working on a second project with him after this project goes to construction.
