My favourite thing about being a Sales Consultant is seeing a clients face light up when we find the perfect home for their needs and their families. My most memorable client experience was when I helped a client who had been looking for a new home to move into for 2 years. She came into my office where I showed her a block of land in the area and a design that worked perfectly and she fell in love instantly. She said it had been the most stressful 2 years until the day she met me.
I love being able to ensure that a client has every feature they desire in a home, opposed to buying an existing property where they may need to sacrifice certain things. Building new means a clean slate.
I have been in the industry for 5 years. Coming from a family that have all worked in the construction industry, I have lived and breathed building my whole life. I previously worked in a customer service role and I knew from my experience that I would be best suited for guiding people through the early stages of the construction journey and bringing the building process to life.
I love the honesty and transparency. Building a new home is one of the largest investments someone will make in their life. So being able to work for a builder where I feel comfortable and confident enough in our products and our team, allows me to be certain that my clients are making the best decision in putting their trust in MOJO homes and myself.
Don't rush the process and enjoy the ride. The building journey can be stressful, however, taking your time in ensuring the floor plan is exactly what you want and that you have all the inclusions you need, will lead to a feeling of excitement rather than being overwhelmed.
A stress-free building journey. As most clients have never built before, I take care in answering all questions they may have. There's never a stupid question in my eyes.
